You dont need any cap cost reduction to get a good deal on the M5s. If your numbers are not adding up, the dealer is marking up in money factor or the overall deal. I know a great dealership in NJ who will help you with your trade and also give you close to invoice pricing. You will also benefit from MSDs (which you cannot in NY) and trade in tax (which again you cannot in NY), you can save a lot of money.
