I think I am going to initiate the Lemon Law process. I feel the issue isn't being given the amount of attention it should. Maybe I am just being a little impatient. Once I send out the letter to BMW of North America and the receive they have one final attempt to fix it (10 calendar days). Maybe then they will speed up the process a bit? I find it unfair on my end paying near $1500 lease payment on the car that has been to the service department 3 times before even reaching 2000 miles.
