The best prices I found for ordering BMW OEM parts is this website:

http://www.getbmwparts.com/

It's the online-only affiliate of Tischer BMW in Maryland (also separate from the dealership parts department). I ordered a set of the model 408 winter wheels from these guys ($2,150 for the set pre tax and shipping) and a TPMS/Valve Stem set ($325 pre tax and shipping). Great customer service as well - 2 of the wheels were damaged and they processed the return quickly with no hassles.
