I popped by to see the M3/4 in the flesh yesterday, sat in it but avoided the test drive even though it was offered, as I've already arranged to have it for a day next week. I originally ordered an M4 back in Sep 13, but cancelled it in Nov for an M5 as I got fed up of waiting.

At the moment from the impressions... the M5 is far better. I think the M4 may feel a little more fun to drive, but the luxury will be gone as will the exclusivity that an M5 has.

Makes you think though, whats the new M5 going to be like!?

Will know more next week!

PS I didn't like the exhaust one bit. I heard the M3 drive off under power whilst in the M4 and it sounded rubbish IMO.

Let us know what you think when you get one for the day Mat, the M5 CP is a mile higher for sure.
