Your flash tune will always be the primary tune since its done on the ecu level. For example if you are tuned for 23 psi with the your flash and then stack jb4 using map 1 you will see boost at around 27psi because jb4 map 1 adds about 4 more psi on top of whatever your ecu is running. I run bm3 with JB4 stacked on map1 and I get about 26-27lbs of boost. Hope this answers your question.
That really answers my question. How about jb4s boost control for each gear and rpm? What happens there?
