The wire for the obd can be tucked under the plastic covers where I have the line drawn.

I have to say this is one of the most informative pics for installing the BCM! Excellent job! I just did this on my M5 however, I used JB4 instructions from Terry (still pretty vague instructions, IMO, because lack of Pictures)...I wish I saw this post before doing the install!
I do have a question for when I have to remove for a dealer visit...did you not have to remove hose on the top of the IC? Also, I was happy to hear you were able to do this without having to remove the right 2 cooling lines (makes a huge mess)...was there still a decent amount of room?
