I have no idea. My stock plugs are still good as far as I know, and I've saved them, but I was getting a flash tune and wanted to start fresh with plugs and coils. If you don't feel a misfire I see no reason to change them. Run a scan to see if you have any trouble codes every once in a while to keep tabs on things.
