You will only benefit by being part of the Biggest Custom Tuning Platform Network at this moment. Sad to see people thinking their way is the best way especially when they lack such features.

It's not a matter of thinking our way is the best way, it's about being
able to have a higher level of quality control over the entire process
from start to finish, and anything in between.

The fact that someone has tapped into the enthusiast level market
with a delivery system that allows for smaller 3rd party tuners to
distribute outside of their regional proximity is great. But then who
is the responsible party when an ECU gets bricked, or when there
is a drivability issue (or worse) with a file when the "tuner" says
"it seemed to work great in other cars"?

Who's there to make sure that an inexperienced user doesn't just
decide on their own that it's OK to request a stage level file that's
not appropriate for their hardware configuration, or runs 91 Octane
with an ethanol or race fuel file and something goes pop?

There are quite a few variables that are always outside of the tuners
control once the vehicle drives away, and we've been doing this for
long enough to see beyond the scope of selling $200 files to anyone
who requests it.

Additionally there are literally hundreds of options for data logging,
from generic OBDII plug in or wireless devices, to professional OEM
level data acquisition systems.

The fact of the matter is that there is a large demographic of customers
who prefer a fully engineered and validated software option that is turn
key and reliable without the need for those sorts of built in features. We
cater to the consumer who wants to spend their weekends driving, and
not sending data logs back and forth to trouble shoot random issues or
hunting for the perfect burble.

Different strokes for different folks, and "Post #7" (click link to jump)
is a great example of why we do things the way we do things.
Customer satisfaction is paramount, and the difference is apparent.

Can you pm me price for stage 2 and ECU removal options, I?m local in the SoCal area. Thanks
