As most of you are currently reading across multiple threads all over this forum,
multiple tool makers have been running full speed ahead towards the finish line
with this new flashing protocol.


NOTE: This new OBDII protocol is not exclusive to VF Engineering/HEX Tuning
and will likely be shared with other tuners around the world. It is the responsibility
of the tuner to properly test the flashing processes and integrate the new utility
into their existing software program.
