I had same problem, caused by changing vanitymirror lights. I checked the fuses that were mentioned here, none of them was burnt. I was confused. At the end I managed to solve this problem. It was fuse number 66, which had burnt. It was 7.5A fuse. Didn’t have to clear codes.
