You may be better off communicating this cash incentive as a lease pay down.
Ie when you transfer a lease you can pay BMW 5k as an additional cap reduction to lower payment. Then you can advertise a lower payment.
I think you did this on your other updates. Then include it in updates title. Your paid down monthly lease is a good deal someone should take it.
