M cars chew up tires quickly, particularly if you drive aggressively. On both my E60 M5 leases (both 36,000 miles over three years) I only had to replace the tires once. I would approximate I get 20,0000 - 24,000 miles out of my tires. I should note I rarely, if ever, spin the tires off the line, just aggressive driving without breaking traction too often. However, I expect my F10 will use tires more quickly than the E60s given the much higher torque available.
