The most revealing of the spyphoto sets is this one: http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=303014).

But on to the guts of the story. The car itself is destined to arrive in late 2010/2011 as a 2011 model. CAR magazine expects that the car will have:
  • 4.4-litre V8 bi-turbo
  • 578bhp, 530lb ft
  • 155mph limited top speed
  • 0-62mph 4.4sec
  • Unlimited top speed 188mph

The 4.4l V8 M engine would be the same exact unit as is found currently in the X5 and X6 M, but with a few tweaks to differentiate the vehicles slightly. CAR also supposes that this car will be not only the fastest, but also the cleanest M5 to date.

Make sure to catch the January issue of CAR magazine for all the details on the M5.

M3 is faster than that. they should break the 4 second mark with top at 210 and nurbeurgring at 745. my m3 is lower 4s with a top of 190 without limiter. seats 5 comfortably now why would i want the M5?
