I don't think so. I think RBR caught a lot of teams snoozing at the beginning of the season and took advantage of it. Now the teams have gotten a LOT more competitive, and DRS has thrown a lot of the old standby-rules out the window. There's been some hella exciting races this year, and it isn't over (the championship
may be, but still lots of excitement in the mix to be had).
