It has a flat tire repair kit like all other BMW without spare or RFT.
Is the fidelity one much cheaper? If not go with BMW's for peace of mind. Or call up the local dealerships where you might have the car serviced and ask if they take fidelity.
Insurance is one of those things... It's worth it if you ever have to make a claim and not worth it if you never have to use it. And for some it's worth the peace of mind even if it's never used.
