The CCB issue can be very frustrating; another M5 owner here in Miami recently traded his CCB's for regular brake setup due to the same issue. He was at the point of selling his car if he was unable to work out a swap. I never heard the issue with my own ears but can only imagine how bad it must be to consider getting rid of the car. Anyways, good thing yours has disappeared.
