Power & Torque
Your car has a lot of power and torque for the rear tyres to deal with, so grip depends very much on the quality of the tyres, the condition of the asphalt and the ambient temperature.
On cold days, below 7C say and your tyres have very little grip. Add wet asphalt and there's virtually no grip to contain all that torque.
Conclusion? On cold, wet days on summer tyres use 'Comfort' throttle settings and go easy on the gas.
