UPDATE 10/2: Great news. My M6 oil pump has been replaced! The vehicle is being delivered to my office as I write this. What a relief! I hope all of you have similar smooth and seamless recalls. There is hope after all. I am getting the car back earlier than expected. All I can say is hang in there and good luck to all.
Only 11 days from recall notification to return delivery of the vehicle with completed recall service. Given the severity of this recall, I am very impressed with BMW and my dealer. |
how scary is that. guess i will have to wait another year or 2 before i seriously look at the M5.
