You won't see 27psi with flash @ 22psi and JB4/BCM @ Map 1... there is no conflict.
The first assessment is wrong:
1. 26-27psi needs meth... Map 1 ain't gonna cut it
2. Map 1 doesn't even use the BCM... so how is it going to achieve 27 psi
3. While Map 1 may target 2-3 psi (like a stage 1), boost won't reach target
