I did ED on my E90 M3 in September. Upon delivery at the Welt, the front license plate bracket was in the trunk. The Euro plate was taped to the front bumper. When the car arrived in the US, the bracket was still in the trunk. Today it's on a shelf in my garage.
The Euro front plate didn't even have holes in it.
