BMW's USA site originally listed 20-way adjustable seats as standard for the M5. That was wrong and has since been updated to 18-way to account for the lack of side bolster adjustments. I believe all North American 2012 and 2013 M5 owners are SOL on this issue.
Agreed, that we are SOL. Just trying to get to the bottom of it. Why would BMW short change the American models?
