If you fold out the ski bag the best is to fold it back in "small" pieces and make sure they are all flat and don't create uneven layers as otherwise the arm rest won't fold up all the way
It's not a great design and certainly has room for improvement
It doesn't look like the owners manual has any better instructions either (pg 142) , very generic and not much help in getting it back together (they really only tell you how to unfold it)
Thanks. I was able to get it back in. I may remove it.

There area couple of things back there that can rattle - one is the buckle against some plastic piece. I think I was able to secure that. The other thing is the trap door.
