Perform a serious break-in on the pads and rotors, and perform some high speed stops without engaging the ABS periodically as well. Also keep the brake components as clean as possible by keeping the wheels clean. If you are not satisfied place Permatex ceramic anti-squeal compound lightly on the backing plates of the pads. Bottom line however is that for once BMW has placed some decent brakes on an M5 and high(er) performance brakes are far more prone to make noise. My car does it occasionally and I can make it cease by doing a 'hard' stop, but to be honest it doesn't bother me as its the nature of the system.
