I don't have Comp to Dinan sway bar experience, but did feel a substantial difference when I changed from standard sways on my 2013 M5 to the Comp version. I don't remember reading any feedback from someone who did what you're considering, so if you do change them out please report back.
I'm of the opinion that the front sway has the most effect, so you might try that alone at first to see how it handles? The BMW rear comp sway bar is virtually identical to the standard sway, so I wasted my money on that one.
