it will not qualify for lemon law. I doubt BMW will initiate a buyback either. You haven't met any of the criteria for lemon law. If you really wanted to initiate lemon law, you would have to drop your car off at the dealer and let the clock start ticking for the 30 days and refuse to pick it up until the fix it to satisfy even the 1st california lemon guidelines.
