Do you happen to have any contact info (eg phone numbers)?

The thing that really turns me off is the attitude of the SA (pretty much a 'not my problem' one) and the fact that both him and BMW Euro Delivery assured me these items were taken care of when in fact nothing was done. I feel like I was lied to, and that's no way to treat a customer.
