The pros with waiting till the end of the year is that the 15' will be out and dealers may be heavily discounting the 14'. However do you guys think the lease rates and will be just as aggressive they are now as compared to later in the year?

I value you guys opinion and thanks for any suggestions.

BTW, I did find a dealer that would do ED invoice + $1500.
I would do the ED in August while you're there. For the money you're spending I would order the exact car you want, even if you have to pay a bit more (I don't think it will be significantly more now vs. then). BMW will stop production on the 2014 M5s in June or July, so waiting until the end of 2014 might yield a great deal on a 2014 M5 (if you can find one at that time), but you'll have to choose from cars that were spec'd out by the dealers. Which means it will likely be black-on-black with only the most popular options. In addition, there is a good chance the money factor for the lease will be higher by the end of the year.
