Race has no tubing and requires the tubing be tied off properly. The Sport has valve which should be connected to the factory vacuum tubing.
Since you did not say which Eisenmann you have, that's why we are thinking of the vacuum tubing should be checked out first. I had the E-Race and the shop does use a plug (like a golf tee, for example) inserted into the vacuum tubing and tie it off
