I'd say it really depends on your relationship with your service advisor. Mine happens to be a friend of mine/customer of ACM. My car was brought in with a CEL, catless downpipes, and a JB4 for it's 1200 mile service and I wasn't given any trouble.
If something were to happen which needed a warranty claim, I plan on swapping in the stock DP's. That's only IF it gets that far.

That is what my Mod shop told me. They claim they have a good relationship with one of my local dealerships and that it will not be a problem for me. However, with my legal background, a "handshake" is not an enforceable guarantee. So you can understand my hesitation. Thanks so much for your advice!!
