More than likely your car is on a boat, once your car is starting to be built the updates start messing up. It said my car was being transported to the port for a whole week. Then said it was on it's way to the U.S, then back to being transported to the port of exit. So anyone using the 800 number to track your M5 beware that at times it is very inconsistent.
