As far as feel I can't say because the car was gone for some many months that my memory of how a BMS tune felt bs stock was faded. @boots has BMS and we are going to run and swap cars as well in a few weeks. We will post a more detailed write up soon.

I haven't tried the Dinan in the M5 but run the BMS tune now and have been very happy with it.. With Dinan being a piggyback also I didn't think it would be too much of a difference over the BMS, interested in hearing your experience after you swap..
