The OP said invoice price, not X over invoice. I remain unconvinced a dealer will sell an M5 at ED invoice.
I've done 10 prior ED's and every one was somewhere between $400 and $1,500 over ED invoice if you ignore the option credits and financing spiffs. My F10 M5 deal (ED #11) is in this range too.
