Get the BMW OEM recommended winter wheel (model 408). I just received mine. They offer the best of both worlds - very similar look to the 343s in a 19" wheel with narrower rear so you can run a 4-square set-up on the tires. Tischer BMW has them for $2,150 for the set (before delivery cost).
