When I was in the market, I was considering a 13. The value for dollars was really good, exepcially below the 70k mile mark. Everyone told me to go w/ a 14+ and everything I read/researched seem to confirm that recommendation. I ended up w/ a 15, just based on a killer deal I couldn't pass up and I'm very happy I did. 14's and 15's are coming down a bit in price, personally, I'd stay away from a 13 unless you're really going to mod the hell out of it.
