Stating the mangusson act to the dealer when they deny your tune, or a court for that matter will get you no play.

Fact is if your engine breaks, you are screwed and should be prepared to pay for a new engine. Also goes for tranny and differential. Any parts more hp could effect. Regardless of your relationship with your SA because once a part breaks, its wayyyyyy beyond the control of the SA or even the tech. It goes to bmw NA and the computer info will pull all data such as boost etc and you will be out money to pay for a new engine or repair.

So essentially a tune will not effect any maintence or service unless something breaks and then if its expensive you will be hosed and is totally out of the control of your dealer
You are right on all counts >>>>>>>>>>>>> but, how else do you get the 100 HP?
