Well, I picked up my car Friday so was able to test the E63 M6 wheels over the weekend. They did not fit - the brake caliper on the F10 is just so damn big!! The internal diameter of the E63 wheel is 18.5 inches at the back of the wheel, but as you move inwards towards the spokes the barrel tightens up over an inch. Theoretically they might work with 15 or 20 millimeter spacers, but I'm not comfortable with spacers that big and the wheels would stick out pretty far from the fenders and look rediculous.

Given the size of the brake calipers, I just played it safe and ordered a set of the BMW OEM winter wheel style 408 this morning.
