Yeah it can be rather sloooooooooooow at times. Basically you just need to know when and what roads to go on. I drive H3 daily, and take the Pali, and 13 turns a few times a week at the 6-7 am hour here so there is space to do it. Its more of an acceleration factor over top speed here.
