So very sorry to hear this. This Sucks. The fact that they will not give you a Loaner Car is absolutely SHOCKING to say the very least. I would speak to the GM and Demand a loaner. I would not leave without a BMW. Zero chance I would leave without a BMW. Zero. I would threaten everything in the book form Yelp reviews and BMW Board bashing etc. You spent well over a $100k dollars and your car was hit while it was on their property in their possession. They have to take some responsibility. They have many cameras and I would ask to see them as well. You deserve better treatment. I hope you get it.
