You're completely missing 'tizzyd's' point - example as follows:

M3 Coupe UK - £54,595
M3 Coupe US - $58,900

Currently £54,595 = $88,000 (what we in the UK effectively pay in US$)

88,000 minus 58,900 = 29,100 - that's how much cheaper the car is in the US.
