Looking at the ad it's the same garbage we've heard before , ie M Performance tune (from factory) and exhaust. Neither of these exists. Noelle is actually a reputable company and it seems they're getting a bar rap because of the way the US distributor is reselling their products  (Noelle is using the same manufacturer for their modified mufflers/downpipes as BMW is using)
