Dear Sequential Shifters,
I picked up my baby (absolutely love this car!) two days ago. It literally has nothing to do with the F10 550i that I drove until Tuesday. But for the chassis, this is literally a different car. I knew but didn't expect the difference to be that drastic.
The one thing that I was not abel to figure our and couldn't find any answers on the forum so far is the M-View in the Heads-Up Display that is supposed to indicate the optimal shift points when in Sequential Shift Mode. I triple checked all my settings and they are in line with the instructions. And yet, the little boxes above the rev indication won't ever light up, neither in yellow nor in red. Please see picture below where I marked the detail that I am talking about.
What am I doing wrong? The funny part: I called three dealerships and they were not able to explain over the phone either.
