I did, I've also sent them my invoices and communication. the response i got was they had fired employees and they misused the contact information to used it for spam.
now what kind of response is that ???!!!!
to start with, they should google the email and make every effort ti inform their customers about this.
also, a shipment tracking number was created but no items were shipped !!!!
I'm very very angry with the way they are handling the issue (I'm talking about $2200 out of my pocket) and they even seem to care !!!
still trying to resolve the issue with them and this website admin (i think they also share the responsibility) .
