Hard to compare since I'm in the 1200 mile break in period. I've also owned 2001 AMG E55 and 2004 E55. So far reminds me of a more dynamic AMG.
Just traded the R8 six months ago and the M3 for this car. Torque is definitely amazing and big difference over the M3. The other instantly noticeable improvement over the E90 M3 is the refinement and interior quality.
