Put your VIN in the cargo ID box and click track. You do not need the ship name to track your car.

AGS : thanks for the info, i will keep on looking. the track page that you mentioned below is missing a button to 'track'. i went back to the home page and went to 'i want to' then track and trace... says no records yet so Im assuming i am doing the right thing... thank you again for your help, much appreciated
