I bought the wheel and tire package for my wife's 535i and i have gotten 3 tires replaced in 1.5 years... Nail here and there, full replacement... I would say its worth it personally and i will order on the M5.. the only draw back is that the M5 doesnt have run flats which you cant patch/plug a runflat which is why they replace the tires when it gets a nail/screw in it.. I have to 1000% make sure that they will replace the M5 tires and not try to patch/plug it if it gets a nail/screw in it... thats the only thing that will make me not purchase the tire package... it should about $1700 when i asked a few weeks ago at my dealership...
