So I was able to get to the exact numbers.
My MSRP is $103,825. Total OOP is $12,362.17 of which $7000 is multiples. So that leaves $5362. Then, I say you can't count the first payment as down money because it's exactly that; the first months rent. So then I am at $4363 down. And then I get $1000 back from BMW/CCA bringing it to $3363; and 3 months of payments bought back for the pull ahead on my F10 550. My math says I got this car for $3362 actual out of pocket and $999 per month and walked away from my current car that will be at max mileage the same week I take delivery of the new car. Might be my best BMW deal ever. Correction, it is the best deal I have ever enjoyed (after 15 new BMW's too). Pretty damn happy.

$999/ month for a 2014 ///M5! Great return on those $. Chasing a higher tax-adjusted return while considering we only live once... nah... who cares?
And you get to walk away from a 2011 F10 with the "older" head unit/ toys?
Well played sir!
