Yes, they suck big time. It's just ridiculous for the dealer to have an owner tell them what the correct oil spec should be.

will talk to them again about missing differential oil change. damn!

what else should have included in the 1st service? some kind of ECU activation (launch control activation)? How to tell if they Did that or not?
