Needing oil
Hey guys
I picked up my M5 on sept 15th, i drove about 1300 miles within the first 2 weeks, took a couple of road trips.. since then i have put on an additional 2700 miles on the car for a total of 4000 miles to date.. I travel alot so sometimes the car sits for weeks at at time.. but i have had to add oil about 4 times already, is this normal?
i've had a couple of m3's, a 2008 m5 and a 2010 m6.. none of them drank oil like this.. should i be concerned. BTW my car was affected by the oil pump recall
