If its the same dealership as your M5 refuse to take delivery until they have the M5 for you. Put some motivation into the entire deal for the dealer to get that M5 to you. If they dont deliver the vehicle, the X5, to you they cant recognize that sale/revenue for this month. Being thats its the end of August, as well, its probably the end of their quarter which makes it even more leverage for you.
