While I have no hard evidence of where BMW FS will come out, I can pass along that all of the people I've spoken to (3 different CAs at 3 different dealerships plus the sales manager at one of the dealerships) are estimating much lower. The consensus seems to be 56% for 12,000 and 57% for 10,000. Just to be complete, the consensus on the money factor is .0019 to .0020.

If you are estimating your payment based on the range you provided, I would recalc at the lower levels. Better to estimate higher payments and be surprised on the upside.
Currently the highest money factor is .00190. Why would BMW increase the money factor for this car and make it stand out against the other models. I would assume that this should be no worse than the m6.
